In my role with the Buddy Valastro Restaurant Group, I served as the creative lead while remaining deeply hands-on across social media and public relations for six distinct restaurant concepts. The focus of this work was elevating the quality, consistency, and storytelling of each brand while maintaining a cohesive voice across the group.

From concept development through execution, I led short-form video creation, photography direction, caption writing, and content planning across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This included menu launches, behind-the-scenes content, brand storytelling, and promotional campaigns. I worked both behind the camera and in a creative director role, collaborating with photographers, editors, culinary teams, and leadership to ensure content felt intentional, on-brand, and visually strong.

Beyond content creation, I helped shape social strategy, implemented structured workflows to streamline collaboration and approvals, and conducted social listening and performance analysis to guide creative decisions. This approach allowed the brands to show up more consistently and confidently across platforms, strengthening their digital presence while supporting broader growth and expansion initiatives.
